Certain grant applications (USA Department of Defense), require a researcher to submit a Certificate of Environmental Compliance

 To obtain a Certificate of Environmental Compliance, you must complete and sign the following forms:

• Project and Control Analysis:list the potential hazards pertaining to your research and then ensure you have the appropriate hazard controls in place
• Project Environmental Assessment Form

Expect review time of 2-4 days, after which you will receive the Certificate of Environmental Compliance
